Scanner working at its highest resolution on Debian 5.0.5 i386 (kernel: 2.6.26-2-686) by Scott_Ferguson (3):

requires the Windoof binary (Snape25.bin) and an entry into the SANE backend configuration snapscan.conf to work with SANE. Works well – as good or better than using the proprietary drivers and software under Windoof.
I’ve been unable to get the buttons on the scanner working though… (no loss).

Works without modification using Vuescan.
