Working sound cards on Gentoo Gentoo Base System release 1.12.9 GenuineIntel (kernel: 2.6.21-gentoo-r2) by Mathieu_Bonnet (5):

It is supported by the Linux kernel (“snd_emu10k1” and related modules -“CONFIG_SND_EMU10K1”).

Only tested for normal everyday audio operations, including a 6.1 speaker set.

I also have the front panel, but I only tested the headphone jack and its volume control knob.
