ndiswrapper with windows driver
Wifi – ndiswrapper + wpa_suplicant (WPA, WPA2)
When leaving suspend mode, “rmmod bcm43xx” and wi-fi comes back…
I have ndiswrapper and Windows driver installed
ndiswrapper + blacklist bcm43xx
requires proprietary firmware bcm43xx_microcode5.fw
You need to extract the firmware from the .sys file provided by your vendor.
i.e bcm43xx-fwcutter -w /lib/firmware/ bcmwl5.sys
b43 kernel module. Firmware needed.
install non-free/non-distributable firmware
