The resolution is not detected by default, it is 1024×768 instead of 1280×800. There are two possibilities to make it work: 915resolution, or using the Intel driver.

With Ubuntu 6.10, I could turn my screen using xrandr but with Ubuntu 7.04 it doesn’t work anymore.

I had to install special package 915resolution to work correctly with the laptop monitop regular resolution 1280*800. But now it works great.
