Working sound cards on Ubuntu 7.10 i386 (kernel: 2.6.22-7-generic) by will_in_wi (5):

Works great but I remember using Gentoo a while ago on this hardware and you have to have a software mixer when you use the alsa drivers. This is not a problem on most modern distros, but just to note that Nvidia has not released the specs for the hardware mixing on this card.
