I use it with ndiswrapper and Windows drivers. It works at “expected speed”. I don’t know, if it would work at it’s max. speed, because.
There are no drivers for this wireless network controller in the mainline Linux kernel, so I had to download the source of the rt2400 driver and compile a module myself (it fails if you’re running a kernel newer than 2.6.21). Some distributions, e.g. Fedora 7 I use, have a newer version of it (rt2×00, still under heavy development) in their stock kernel, but for me it never worked as expected.
