Working network cards on Gentoo Gentoo Base System release 1.12.9 GenuineIntel (kernel: 2.6.19.1-rt15-3D-fb-alsaext) by Dominique (5):

All work just fine with a Vanilla kernel. With my realtime kernel, the only way to get a stable box is to boot it with pci=noacpi.

I have not been able to run any later realtime kernel (>=2.6.20) due to the move of the high definition clock into the ACPI subsystem. In fact, the real problem is the BIOS that have a buggy ACPI implementation on my P4S8X.
