Needs to install firmware.
NetworkManager won’t work well with it. But wpa_assistant saved my life :)
Added the packet injection patch too.

Mepis was the first distro I tried that the wireless actually worked “out of the box”
I had to manually install firmware.
Needs firmware. And this card is really a crap thing. Need to be really near from wifi emitters compared to other cards.
Using restricted drivers manager
Need some closed source driver provided by the ubuntu hardware drivers utilities
Depends on distribution. Fedora 15 out of the box. Others may need drivers.
