No video during installation so had to use alternate text mode installer. (Ubuntu Gutsy).
Splash screen during boot does not work.

Installed closed source nvidia driver using the envy script. Works fine.

Standard install did not work. I used the alternate cd in text mode. I used the envy script to install the binary nvidia driver
