Works with either the proprietary ATI kernel- and X driver (fglrx), or the (currently experimental) open source radeonhd X driver (no kernel module needed).

XV doesn’t work with either. Direct rendering works with the ATI driver, is not yet implemented in the radeonhd driver.

Works with acceleration with the closed source ATI driver.

3D support is not yet implemented in the radeonhd driver.
