Working firewire (IEEE 1394) controllers on Ubuntu 7.10 i386 (kernel: 2.6.22-14-generic) by alphan (0):

I connected my miniDV cam (Canon MD101) to IEEE 1394 and tried some package installations about DV, but it wasn’t work. I’m not sure.
