After the Installationprocess, load the kernel module.
In Yast —> System —> /etc/sysconfig-Editor —> System —> Kernel —> Modules_Loaded_On_Boot sign on the right side the name of the modul wl, then reboot the Maschine and configure the new device with ifup or networkmanager.
