This is a “Epson Stylus TX210”, it’s a little tricky to make it work (the scanner mostly), but all drivers are provided by Avasys (and Epson drivers/support page has a link to Avasys page)
You might need to compile both drivers and tweak some files to get it to work, but it does work great.
