works perfectly, does hardware mixing (you can have some audio sources using OSS, some using alsa, some using directly the device, ..), the best audio card i’ve encountered so far

Works great. But like the ATI TV Wonder’s hardware encoding and unencoding, Creative cards have hardware encoding and decoding functions that go unused in Linux.
