Not good. Broadcom NetLink BCM57780 PCI-E Gigabit Ethernet Controller. Evewery new kernel (when updated), need to have additional settings, like unload netcard driver, then load the netcard firmname, and load netcard driver (tg3). I’ve wrote these settings in some of the configuration files, which works in the end of sistem boot process.
But it’s not the end.
This netcard doesn’t work in 1000Mb/s mode with Linux!
If you use “ethtool” comand, and set 1000Mb/s, with 1Gb netwok, it writes “the cable is not plugged” or something like that.
