Working sound cards on Fedora 11 i386 (kernel: 2.6.29.5-191.fc11.i586) by srinivasan7386 (-3):

My system has ports both in the front and the back of the system for audio input and output. The ports at the back work perfectly. However, unlike Windows, the ports at the front are not working.
